Job Summary:

Avcon Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance across all applicable labour laws. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll software, statutory filings, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
- Handle PF/ESIC registrations, monthly challans, and annual returns
- Manage TDS calculations on salary and coordinate with the finance team for Form 16 issuance
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records,



and full & final settlements
- Liaise with government departments/labour inspectors during audits or inspections
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and compliance for management review
- Handle employee queries related to payslips, PF withdrawals, tax declarations, etc.
- Coordinate with HR for current joiner/exit formalities related to payroll and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Income Tax provisions
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
