We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the business owner in daily operations and strategic activities.

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the business owner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the owner's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and follow-up lists.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain MIS reports and business dashboards.




- Draft emails, letters, notices, and business communications.
- Record meeting minutes and monitor action items.
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and business visits when required.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain important documents, files, and digital records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
- Monitor pending approvals, payments, and significant deadlines.
- Follow up with employees and vendors regarding assigned work.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business reports.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation of new systems.
- Perform any additional administrative or business support tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive
