Position Overview

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented General Manager - Export Sales & Marketing to lead our international business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export sales, global market development, customer acquisition, and strategic account management within the textile or related manufacturing industry.





This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive international expansion, strengthen global customer relationships, and position Premco Global Ltd. as a preferred supplier in key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop and execute the company's export sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive sustainable export revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with global brands, OEMs, buying houses, importers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.

International Market Development

Strong commercial understanding and business exposure in one or more of the following regions is essential:
- Sri Lanka
- Bangladesh
- Jordan
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Australia
