Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Azamgarh at Earth Valley. The Nurse will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care, including assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting clinical procedures as directed by medical practitioners. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care. The Nurse will follow established protocols for infection control, safety, and quality standards, while helping to ensure a clean and organized clinical environment. The role also involves responding to patient needs promptly, prioritizing cases appropriately, and contributing to continuous improvement of care practices.

Qualifications
- Current nursing license/registration as required by local regulations and successful completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent).




- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and adhere to safety and infection-control guidelines.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for using electronic medical records or hospital information systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required for patient care coverage.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting in Azamgarh or similar locations is an advantage, but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
