Role Description
The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth, effective workplace. This role includes managing office administration, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing company records and documentation.



The Office Manager will handle internal and external communications, support customer inquiries, and collaborate with project and finance teams to facilitate timely reporting and documentation. Additional responsibilities include supervising support staff, implementing office procedures, assisting with basic HR and onboarding activities, and supporting management with administrative tasks and follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email etiquette.
