Role Description
The Product Specialist role at INDENT is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru. The Product Specialist will manage the technical and commercial aspects of INDENT’s dental product portfolio, including product demonstrations,



training sessions, and support for dental professionals and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The role also involves collecting product feedback, analyzing market trends, and assisting in product positioning and documentation to strengthen INDENT’s presence in clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions. The Product Specialist will maintain accurate records, participate in trade shows or conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
