Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project timelines.
- Manage gypsum wall partition (Drywall partition) installation and execution.
- Supervise flooring and tile installation work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Handle and supervise labour efficiently.
- Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as required for the project.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Monitor material usage and report site progress regularly.
- Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth project execution

Preferred candidate profile
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Technology
- OR Any Graduate with relevant site supervision experience




- 2 - 4 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Hands-on experience in gypsum board partition, flooring, and tile installation work.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing work, and quality standards.
- Ability to supervise multiple activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of material management and site reporting.
- Willing to travel between project sites.
- Own bike is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
