Role Description
The Policy Research Intern role is a remote internship focused on analyzing how technology and e-commerce policies affect rural communities and small businesses. The intern will conduct literature reviews, collect and organize data from various sources, and prepare concise reports and policy briefs. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the development of policy recommendations,



assisting in drafting internal memos and presentations, and monitoring relevant government and industry updates. The intern will collaborate with team members to translate research findings into practical insights for Digistall’s initiatives and may contribute to stakeholder communication materials when required.

Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with literature reviews, data collection, and basic data interpretation.
- Ability to write transparent, structured, and concise documents such as briefs, reports, and summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in public policy, rural development, digital inclusion, or e-commerce ecosystems, with the ability to understand regulatory and market trends.
