The Senior Process Engineer leads the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot phase through full-scale production, serving as a technical expert and project lead to improve process capability, enhance product quality, drive operational efficiency, and ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing outcomes while supporting cross-functional collaboration and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead process development from pilot trials to full-scale production by defining process formulations, equipment requirements, and scalable manufacturing parameters (30%).
- Evaluate and optimize existing processing methods, automation strategies, and production techniques to meet cost, quality, performance, and reliability targets (25%).
- Compile and analyze process and material test data to establish control limits, material specifications, process variables, and quality standards across the production lifecycle (20%).
- Investigate complex manufacturing issues, analyze nonconformance trends,



implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and process consistency initiatives (15%).
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, scientific teams, suppliers, and customers while mentoring engineers, developing documentation, and supporting technology implementations and equipment modifications (10%).

Representative Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 6–10+ years of progressive experience in process or manufacturing engineering
- Demonstrated success developing, scaling, and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Deep expertise in process design, root cause analysis, SPC, and quality systems
- Robust understanding of automation, process validation, and industrial safety standards
- Proven ability to apply engineering judgment and data-driven problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
