We are a growing company in the waste management and environmental services sector, looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident in Tally, comfortable with statutory compliance, and happy to travel to our sites as part of the job.

What you'll do
- Maintain day-to-day books of account in Tally (TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9) — journal entries, ledgers, and voucher posting
- Record and reconcile purchase, sales, expense, and cash/bank transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills
- Compute and deposit TDS and assist with quarterly returns
- Prepare invoices, track site-wise and contract-wise receivables, and generate monthly MIS reports
- Travel regularly to our operational sites for physical verification of records, cash handling,



and vendor/municipal coordination
- Keep documentation audit-ready and coordinate with auditors

What we're looking for
- Robust practical knowledge of Tally (TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9) — this is essential
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus)
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-location or operations-driven business
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices
- Good MS Excel skills
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Well-organised, with good coordination and communication skills
