Key Responsibilities
- Operate cutting machines as per production plan and job specifications.
- Ensure accurate cutting of flexible packaging materials with minimum wastage.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
- Perform machine setup, basic maintenance, and report any breakdowns.
- Maintain production records, job cards, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures, 5S, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS Packaging Materials, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
