Role Description




The Sr Embryologist in Gwalior will be responsible for managing and performing all embryology and andrology procedures, including oocyte retrieval handling, IVF and ICSI, embryo culture, grading, and cryopreservation. The role involves maintaining laboratory protocols, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, tracking and documenting all ART procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the clinical team. The Sr Embryologist will work closely with reproductive medicine specialists to optimize treatment plans, counsel patients on embryology-related aspects when required, and contribute to training and mentoring junior staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, and the individual may coordinate with other centers as needed for standardization and best practices.
