Role Descriptions: 1. Gather and analyze business requirements related to Maintenance| Repair| and Overhaul processes.2. Configure and customize IFS MRO modules to meet client requirements.3. Implement and support MRO business processes| including Maintenance planning and scheduling| Work order management| Component tracking| Asset lifecycle management| Inventory and spare parts management| Procurement and supply chain integration.4. Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions with business users. Prepare functional specifications and documentation.5. Support system testing| including unit testing| integration testing| and user acceptance testing (UAT). Train end users and provide post-go-live support.6. Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Essential Skills: 1. 5 to 10 years of experience with IFS ERP | including MRO experience. 2.
Solid knowledge of MRO business processes. Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or earlier IFS Applications versions3. Understanding of HCM| Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)|Maintenance Management|Supply Chain Management|Inventory Control|Procurement.4. Experience in ERP implementation projects.Business process analysis and solution design.5. Should understand Aircraft and component maintenance processes|Work order management|Maintenance planning and scheduling|Asset lifecycle management|Inventory and spare parts management|Engineering changes|Compliance and regulatory requirements.
