PracticeSuite, Inc. is an innovative platform to enable medical practices and other healthcare

facilities to create an amazing patient experience. As a single platform, PracticeSuite has diverse

features to modernize practices and take them to the next level.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in test

automation and API testing to join our growing QA team. This role is critical in helping us scale

our testing efforts, improve product quality, and reduce time-to-market for our rapidly evolving

suite of products.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure timely and effective test coverage

across UI, API, and end-to-end scenarios.

Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web UI and APIs using industry standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs; work with developers to ensure timely resolution.




- Continuously improve test processes, coverage, and execution efficiency.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a secure and scalable automation framework.
- Analyse test results, provide feedback, and support continuous integration and delivery efforts.
- Participate in regression testing and support release activities across multiple product lines.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation and manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Java, etc.).
- Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
