About the Role

QuCatalyst Corporate Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO to support the Project Management Office (PMO), consulting engagements, and process excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects, maintain documentation, track compliance, and support process improvement. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Project Management, PMO, Business Consulting, and Process Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Track project progress, risks, and action items.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, MoMs, MIS, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain SOPs, process documents, templates, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support consulting assignments through research and data analysis.
- Assist with QMS, ISMS, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI,



and audit activities.
- Monitor compliance and support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain PMO governance, reporting, and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Comfortable working with data in a quick-paced, process-driven environment.
- Knowledge of PMO, quality frameworks, and process improvement is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Consulting, Operations, or Process Excellence.
- Freshers with internships, projects, or certifications in PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma,
