- Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Brand Growth Lead to lead the digital growth journey of Mee Mee by building brand awareness, consumer engagement, online communities, and digital discoverability. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can think beyond social media management and build a consumer-first digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will own the digital brand strategy, lead agency and creator partnerships, drive community engagement, optimize digital discoverability across search and AI platforms, and deliver measurable business impact.

- Digital Brand Strategy





· Develop and execute the overall digital brand growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Strengthen Mee Mee's digital presence across social media, owned platforms, and emerging digital channels.

· Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Social Media Leadership

· Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.

· Drive organic follower growth, engagement, reach, and brand affinity.

· Define content pillars, campaign strategies, and platform-specific growth initiatives.

· Manage external agencies and ensure high-quality execution.
- Community Building

· Build and scale one of India's most engaged parenting communities.

· Develop communities across WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, parenting forums, and digital platforms.

· Drive UGC, referrals, discussions, reviews, and advocacy.
