Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the packing vertical's day-to-day operations, ensuring output meets quality and timeline standards.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency across the packing process.

Lead, train, and manage the packing team to meet productivity and quality targets.

Coordinate with sales, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled without delays

Manage relationships with packing material vendors and negotiate favorable terms.

Ensure the packing vertical complies with quality, safety, and ISO standards at all times.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a packaging or logistics leadership role

Solid team management and leadership skills

In-depth knowledge of packing materials, processes, and quality standards

Proven negotiation and vendor management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting and documentation
