- Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients and monitor their clinical condition.
- Monitor ECG, cardiac rhythm, vital signs, and promptly report abnormalities or emergencies.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Assist cardiologists during cardiac procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure patient care.
- Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and participate in Code Blue, BLS, and ACLS protocols.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medication records.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, lifestyle changes, and discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, patient safety standards, and NABH guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
- Maintain cardiac equipment, emergency crash carts, and required consumables.
