We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can build our brand, increase engagement, drive website traffic, and generate measurable sales through social media.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Write compelling captions and product-focused content.
- Plan and schedule daily social media posts.
- Promote healthcare, fitness, wellness, mobility, and senior care products.
- Create educational content around healthy living and home healthcare.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams.
- Work with influencers and affiliate partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Assist in launching seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand.
- Solid experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written English.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience growth.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation is a plus.
