Advisor/Analyst role within
HSEQ Systems
, based in India supporting UK&I;, responsible for day-to-day operation of management system governance and supporting digital/system inputs. The role is
primarily SMS-focused
, while providing targeted
BMS support
where BMS structures host or enable SMS content, tools, evidence and communications.

The role supports the SMS review and maintenance programme and provides supporting input to BMS interfaces as required, ensuring changes remain controlled, evidenced and aligned to wider UK&I; governance

Responsibilities
- SMS controlled documents governance (SMS-first; BMS support as needed)
- Maintain the Master Document Register and Change Register for controlled documents, ensuring changes are logged with summaries and evidence of review/approval.
- Maintain an auditable approval trail (including email authorisations where applicable).
- Ensure version control and retention of superseded documents for the required period (minimum 3 years), and support the required review cycle (at least every 3 years).




- Process owner coordination and record keeping
- Coordinate review/approval inputs with process owners and SMEs; track actions to closure and retain records of interactions and decisions.
- OFI administration (continual improvement)
- Administer the OFI system: validate, allocate, track and support closure evidence.
- SharePoint IA, publishing and link integrity (SMS/BMS)
- Maintain IA/navigation, publishing hygiene and search optimisation to support usability of SMS/BMS content.
- Maintain link inventories and run periodic link integrity checks to reduce broken references to tools/guidance.
- Change impact support (non-project change management)
- Support controlled implementation of non-project changes impacting SMS/BMS content/performance, including comms/guidance/training artefacts and ensuring changes are recorded through controlled document processes.
