Key ResponsibilitiesTelecaller
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Schedule customer appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.

Sales Executive
- Meet potential customers and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations.
- Prepare daily sales activity reports.





Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare business strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales and negotiation skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
