We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with expertise in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and project reporting to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams for effective planning.
- Track project milestones, delays, and critical activities.
- Conduct resource planning and productivity analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and project status reports.
- Support project cost control and schedule recovery plans.




- Ensure timely project execution as per approved schedules.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 510 years of planning experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
