Role Overview : The organization is looking for a seasoned HR Manager with experience in Corporate HR to lead and establish the complete HR function. The role involves setting up HR systems, policies, and processes, along with driving Talent Acquisition and managing all aspects of HR Operations and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of setting up scalable HR practices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring across departments. Establish and manage HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business objectives. Oversee HR Operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a strong organizational culture. Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.



Set up HR reporting and analytics to track key metrics and enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure statutory compliance and maintain smooth coordination with external consultants and agencies. Qualifications Skills : MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources. 10 - 15 years of experience in Corporate HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR process setup. Prior experience in a manufacturing or startup/greenfield environment will be preferred. Solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a growing organization
