Role Description
The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The Purchasing Executive will work closely with operations, finance, and quality teams to support compliance, cost control,



and uninterrupted production. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels, resolving purchase-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience in inventory coordination, cost analysis, and basic contract understanding is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology purchasing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is desirable.
