Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in jamnagar. This role is responsible for driving sales growthp for MTandT’s equipment, safety solutions,



and services within the assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and industrial clients. The Area Sales Manager will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, tracking competitor activities, forecasting sales, and preparing regular reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, safety solutions, construction, or related sectors.
