is a growing architecture, interior design, and project consultancy firm looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day office operations and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts, billing, petty cash, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate purchases, vendors, and project material requirements.
- Handle client enquiries, office administration, and documentation.
- Assist in HR activities and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant.
- Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel.

Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and take ownership.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive.




- Qualified attitude with good follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years (experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or contracting firms will be an added advantage).
