Main Duties
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level analytical, operational, and
strategic support. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional analytical skills, business
acumen, and the ability to drive key initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing datadriven insights, coordinating strategic projects, and managing communications with internal and
external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a consulting or manufacturing
environment, with sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic and Analytical Support:
a. Conduct deep dives into business data (e.g., EBITDA, margins, costs, and ROI) to identify key
indicators and opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive business intelligence reports, including insights on products, trade data,
market trends, and sales performance.
c. Support in creating and executing strategic initiatives by providing actionable insights and
detailed analyses.
2. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:
a. Perform primary and secondary research to gather data on competitors, consumers, and market
trends.
b. Conduct SWOT analysis and recommend strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
c. Interpret data, formulate actionable reports, and make strategic recommendations
