Role Description
The AM Training Chennai role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering training programs for new and existing team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. The individual will design and update training materials,



conduct classroom and on-the-job sessions, and monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with managers to identify skill gaps, scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. The role also requires supporting continuous learning initiatives and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Training & Development and Training, with a focus on employee skill enhancement and performance improvement.
- Capability in Instructional Design to create structured, engaging, and outcome-based training content.
- Customer Service understanding to align training with client-facing expectations and service quality stand
