Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for bulk requirements
- Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates every day
- Explain job roles, JD, and requirement details clearly and confidently
- Screen candidates quickly and push profiles for quick interview closures
- Coordinate interviews and aggressively follow up with candidates
- Roll out offers and close positions within tight timelines
- Maintain daily calling trackers and Excel MIS
- Update candidate details in the internal ATS system
- Work closely with delivery teams to meet daily & monthly hiring targets
