MachineStation India is looking for an experienced US Accountant with strong hands-on experience in US Accounting, QuickBooks, US GAAP, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliations, US Taxation, and Compliance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and financial operations for our US business and coordinating with our US-based team.

This position requires candidates who are comfortable working primarily during the US Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST) under a hybrid work model.

Candidates may also be required to work from our Gurugram office once or twice as per business requirements during the day shift (11:00 AM 7:00 PM IST). Candidates must be adaptable and comfortable with this requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day US accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Support US payroll processing and related accounting activities.
- Handle accounting requirements related to 1099 and W-2 processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IRS, federal, and state tax requirements.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with US-based tax consultants, CPAs, and auditors for tax filings, compliance, and audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
- Coordinate effectively with India and US-based cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant hands-on US Accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or QuickB
