Role Summary
Consultants – Offshore support the technical implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) by contributing to configuration, development, integration, and testing activities across client implementations.

This role requires a solid understanding of investment management systems, hands‑on technical skills, and the ability to work effectively within project teams to implement client requirements under established solution designs and guidance. Consultants collaborate closely with senior consultants, project managers, and global delivery teams to help deliver reliable, production‑ready solutions and support client readiness for go‑live.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking implementation professionals with foundational to intermediate experience in financial technology delivery, ideally within capital markets or investment management environments. The ideal candidate brings
4–6 years of relevant industry experience
, gained within a consulting firm, financial institution, or financial software provider.





Candidates should have hands‑on experience contributing to Front, Middle, or Back Office implementations, possess strong technical fundamentals, and demonstrate the ability to learn CRIMS functionality and capital markets workflows.
