Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets in the

Dairy segment across India.
- Promote the company's dairy nutrition products through technical presentations,

farm visits, customer meetings, and seminars.
- Provide technical support and nutritional solutions to customers, distributors, and

the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts in the dairy industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, Co-Operatives / dairy

farms, veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants / channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training programs, and technical workshops.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to

recommend business strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and

Product Management for effective execution.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve technical competency and business

performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports,



and market intelligence for management.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Dairy Nutrition or Animal Nutrition

industry.

Technical Skill:
- Strong technical understanding of dairy nutrition, feed additives, and dairy farm

management.
- Proven experience in business development and technical sales.

Competencies:

• Excellent communication in Hindi / English / Regional Languages, presentation, and

negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
