Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with political candidates, parties, and related organizations, while nurturing existing relationships. The manager will develop proposals, pitch research and strategy services, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.



Day-to-day responsibilities include market and stakeholder analysis, collaboration with research and strategy teams to align offerings with client needs, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline and reporting. The role also involves representing the organization at events, building strategic partnerships, and providing feedback on service improvements based on client interactions.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate with research, strategy, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Background or strong interest in politics, public policy, or social research is highly beneficial.
