Role Description
The General Manager - Fashion and Wellness will lead and grow the fashion and wellness practice, overseeing strategy, operations, and performance for client engagements and owned initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai includes setting business goals, developing go-to-market plans, and managing P&L; for the vertical.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing store or brand operations, monitoring financial and operational KPIs, and ensuring high-quality client delivery. The General Manager will build and manage partnerships with brands and vendors, drive customer experience initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities in fashion and wellness segments. The role also involves mentoring team members, standardizing processes, and aligning projects with the firm’s overall strategic direction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in general management or business leadership roles within fashion, retail, wellness, or consumer brands, with responsibility for P&L; and growth.
