Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries about currency exchange services, and provide accurate information on rates, products, and procedures. The role includes addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, processing requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction handling. The representative will document interactions in the system, maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and compliance requirements,



and follow standardized scripts and guidelines while delivering professional and courteous service. The position also involves meeting defined performance metrics, such as response times, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, professional communication in English and local languages.
- Good computer literacy, including the ability to work with call center software and basic office applications.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a rapid-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when sharing information related to currency exchange and transactions.
