We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build a high-performing technical team.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Hire IT professionals including Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Digital Marketing Professionals, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, employee referrals, and other hiring platforms.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
* Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.
