Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Sales team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer interaction, market research, and sales operations while supporting the team in achieving business goals. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical sales skills and understand the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and online research.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Support the team in client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Learn and understand the company's products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
