- Serving as a key member of the Deloitte Tech Academy leadership team and helping shape the overall vision through a multi-year development strategy
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, innovation leaders,



Strategic Growth Market leaders, and cross-functional workstream leads to develop and implement Deloitte Tech Academy priorities
- Leading teams across technology infrastructure, vendor management, engineering, product management, curriculum development, assessments, program experience, faculty management, and reskilling programs
- Evaluating educational technologies, learning approaches, and marketplace trends across in-person, remote, and blended learning environments to strengthen learner experience and outcomes
- Leading execution across geographies by managing projects, scope, issues, risks, timelines, and financials to deliver quality solutions and business outcomes
- Using data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, test ideas, improve solutions, and measure impact across the solution development lifecycle
