AVP Business Intelligence and Insights Group (BIIG) Location: Gurugram Reporting To: Head-BIIG, CVP
- Lead and manage reporting requirements for sales channels and ops functions, including CXO-level dashboards and performance management.
- Define and execute the BI strategy, fostering a data-driven culture and rationalizing information overload.
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of reports and dashboards, leveraging automation and digital assets in collaboration with technology and data engineering teams.
- Integrate analytics with reporting assets, utilizing Python for data analysis, modeling, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and architectures using AWS, Redshift, and other cloud technologies.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting and analytics processes.
- Coach and mentor a team of 15+ professionals, including external partners.
- Work closely with senior leadership/CXOs to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills Competencies




- Master s degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, or any quantitative field) preferred.
- 12 15 years of experience leading business intelligence teams, preferably in f inancial services/BFSI.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership/CXO stakeholders.
- Robust technical proficiency in BI tech stack: PowerBI, SQL Server Reporting Services, SAP BO, and open-source BI tools.
- Advanced skills in Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Redshift).
- Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize scalable data solutions.
- Experience in standardizing, streamlining, and automating business reporting processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
