- Proficiency in Active Directory/LDAP integration and group-based policy enforcement
- Experience in platform integration (SMTP/email, workflows, monitoring) and dependency management
- Robust capability in policy tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and defect remediation across environments
- Expertise in false positive management, exception handling, and policy behaviour validation
