About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and career-focused Up-skilling Consultant to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right training programs and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will understand learner requirements, recommend suitable up-skilling programs, and support candidates throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with students and professionals to understand their career goals

Guide learners about training programs, certifications, and career opportunities

Recommend suitable up-skilling paths based on candidate profiles

Handle counselling sessions through calls, meetings, and online platforms

Explain course features, career benefits, and learning outcomes

Follow up with interested candidates and support admission process





Coordinate with training, operations, and placement teams

Maintain candidate records and update CRM systems regularly

Build strong relationships with learners and ensure positive experience

Achieve admission and counselling targets as assigned

Required Skills
Excellent communication and counselling skills

Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities

Passion for education, career guidance, and professional development

Basic knowledge of technology courses and certifications preferred

Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups effectively

Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria
Graduated in any discipline

Experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, Sales, Customer Success, or Career Guidance preferred
