6. Responsibilities of the Position Holder
- Define, design, and implement secure and compliant authorization concepts across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Lead the Authorization Security workstream in *Project Phoenix*.
- Build and operationalize a company-wide role ownership and governance model.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and act as primary contact for internal/external auditors.
- Support integration scenarios (SAP non-SAP) with consistent access management.
- Conduct risk analyses and implement appropriate controls.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to align requirements with security and role concepts.
- Mentor, guide, and enable project team members and role owners.

- Act as key advisor to business and IT stakeholders on all aspects of security and authorizations.
