Job Position Summary
- Accountable to enable the right talent is sourced, hired and onboarded in line with the recruitment policy. Responsible for Recruitment analytics and reporting in India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with business leaders in India to determine staffing needs and manage the hiring process.
- Oversee the overall recruitment process in India for all positions around 200 per year.
- Lead senior recruitment activity in India.
- Work on managing recruitment budgets for India.
- Identify vendors, consultants and 3rd party providers as required to support recruitment strategy execution.
- Work with executive search firms and recruiters as required ensuring value for money.
