Role Description
The Production Manager (Water Treatment Chemicals) is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. The role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities of water treatment chemicals, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key tasks include planning and scheduling production, supervising plant staff,



monitoring process parameters, coordinating with quality control and maintenance teams, and optimizing resource utilization. The Production Manager will prepare and maintain production reports, implement process improvements, manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and support compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications. Collaboration with procurement, logistics, and technical teams is expected to meet delivery timelines and support customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong production management and operations skills, including experience in water treatment chemicals or biocides manufacturing, production planning, and process optimization.
