Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, servers, end-user systems,

network devices, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, SQL Server, Linux servers, networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure support.

Must-Have Technical Skills
- Windows Server Administration (Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025)
- Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- VMware (ESXi / vCenter)
- Windows Failover Clustering / Cluster Administration
- Cloud Platform Administration (Azure / AWS Basic to Intermediate)
- Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS & DHCP
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 Administration
- Linux Server Administration (Ubuntu / CentOS / RHEL)




- User Management & Access Control
- File Server & Shared Folder Management
- Backup & Restore Management
- Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Firewall, Switches & Routers
- CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
- Access Control Systems & Biometric Devices
- Printer & Peripheral Support
- Antivirus & Endpoint Security
- Knowledge of ISMS (ISO 27001) Audits, Compliance, and Security Best Practices
- Experience in IT Documentation, SOP Preparation, Asset Documentation, and Audit Documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Robust verbal and written communication skills

- Hardware Troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops & Servers)
