Job Title: Purchase Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for our BESS manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of BESS components, an established vendor network, and expertise in sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier development.

What you will do:

· Independently source and procure BESS components including battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS, HVAC, inverters, enclosures, electricals, auxiliary systems & any other relevant component

· Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international vendors.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and commercial terms.





· Ensure timely procurement while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

· Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for technical and commercial alignment.

· Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications.

What we are looking for:

· Any Graduate with required experience

· 3–8 years of procurement experience in
BESS (Mandatory), Battery Pack Manufacturing, MEP with hands on experience in EPC projects with BESS scope

· Strong understanding of complete BESS architecture and major components.

· Proven experience in BESS vendor development, strategic sourcing, and techno-commercial negotiations.
- · Existing network of suppliers in the energy storage industry an added advantage
