• Collect quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and material availability.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. • Coordinate with engineering, project, and store departments for material requirements.
• Verify materials against technical specifications and purchase requirements.
• Maintain vendor records and procurement reports.
• Support inventory monitoring and stock planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.
