Join the Central Material Procurement team within Global Manufacturing Operations to drive the strategy and operations of Cisco’s inbound component fulfillment models, managing global hub types and EMS partner inventory levels to ensure supply continuity for all PCBA and DF sites
Your Impact
In this role, I will lead large-scale programs to design and maintain hub strategies, collaborating with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and IT. You will translate complex supply chain requirements into actionable project milestones, drive metrics-based success for new initiatives, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase and sales orders to mitigate inventory risks.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Hub& Inventory Management team on evaluating new initiatives and support on run the business (RTB) challenges related to process/tools/ capabilities
- Work on approved current projects - with stakeholders on milestones/timelines, establish RACI.
- Drive alignment on Metrics& Measures for new& existing initiatives, success criteria
- Support on consolidating various analysis across Hub teams& presentations to Leadership/Finance
- Write User Stories / Business Requirement Documents for capabilities needing IT development.
- On required tools and capabilities - coordinate with Transformation/IT team. Track, socialize& report the same to leadership.
- Validate the buy and sell requests as per policy guidelines to execute Comp/Assy buy-back process
- Supporting requesters on Comp/Assy Buy-back new buy (Purchase Order)& sell (Sales Order) process.
- Master data setup and CPN enablement for buy items
- Resolve any EDI/B2B failure message issues
- Supporting inventory analysis of aging& excess inventories for ways to mitigate the risks
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale programs.
