Role Description
The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for designing and implementing quality standards across production, inventory handling, and related operational processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing QA procedures, conducting inspections and audits, documenting defects, and coordinating with production, supply chain,



and marketing teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Assurance Manager will analyze quality metrics, recommend process improvements, and ensure that products and workflows meet internal and external compliance requirements. The role also involves training team members on QA best practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align quality objectives with business goals.

Qualifications
