Job Description

ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience using accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors as required.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Marg ERP, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Com or M.Com graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in acco
